01How do I unlock Veil Pro?
Open Veil and long-press the moon logo to reach the Hidden Room, then enter your license key. It unlocks that phone instantly and works offline afterward.
02I lost my key.
It's on the receipt email from your purchase. Can't find it? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll resend it.
03How do I move Veil to a new phone?
Your key covers three devices. In the Hidden Room, open License and tap Deactivate this device to free a slot, then enter the key on the new phone.
04"This key already unlocks three devices."
You've used all three slots. Deactivate one from its Hidden Room (see above) and try again. If you've lost access to those devices, email us and we'll reset your slots.
05Does Veil need an account or internet?
No account, ever. After you unlock once, everything runs on-device and offline — put it in airplane mode and it still works.
